The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property which includes entrance and exits. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

PETS: Dogs and cats are allowed, with a combined pet weight limit of 30 lbs and a maximum of 2 pets. Please ensure that pets are included in your reservation details.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you need an early check-in starting at 1 PM, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved in advance, as our cleaning team is scheduled accordingly. Please contact us before checkout if you need additional time.

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in outdoor spaces, including the balcony, backyard, and terrace, if applicable. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

NOISE: Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 6 AM and be considerate of neighbors in the building. Serious noise disturbances may be reported to Airbnb or the appropriate authorities.

DAMAGE WAIVER AND GUEST LIABILITY: For direct bookings, our Accidental Damage Waiver Program provides a limited waiver of liability and is not insurance. All accidental damage must be reported to Elevate Vacation Rentals before checkout. Failure to report damage may result in financial responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacements, subject to the applicable agreement and policies.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please ensure that your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Please contact us through Airbnb before making arrangements for additional visitors.

PHOTOSHOOTS AND MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is intended for residential use and may not be used for commercial photography, filming, or music video production without prior written permission from the owner. Please contact us through Airbnb to discuss any proposed commercial activity.

LOST AND FOUND: If you leave any belongings behind, please contact us after checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return recovered items, although we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for locating or shipping them. Shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed with you before items are sent. Unclaimed items may be donated after 14 days of checkout, where permitted by applicable law.

MAIL AND PACKAGES: Mail and package deliveries to the property are not permitted during your stay. Please make alternative delivery arrangements.

PRE-CHECK-IN FORM: Guests booking directly may be required to complete a pre-check-in form and provide documents to verify their age and payment method, where applicable. Guests booking through Airbnb are not required to complete this direct-booking form unless a permitted exception applies under Airbnb`s policies.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement may be required for direct bookings or in other circumstances permitted by applicable law and platform policies.

ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

Location: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with no elevator access. Access to the apartment is solely via the staircase.

Baby Items: A pack-and-play is available upon request, subject to availability.

Noise: Despite the serene location on a quiet street near Times Square, guests may hear noise from the lounge/bar downstairs, along with occasional radiator sounds during the winter season.

Visits and Unit Access: We will notify guests in advance if access to the unit is needed and coordinate entry with them. Entry without prior approval will be limited to emergencies involving fire, immediate danger, or other situations where access is necessary to protect life or safety.
