«Brilliant place, food very good. Limited menu but very tasty. The staff cannot do enough to help you. Very polite and discreet. nice clean pool. Quiet at night. Very modern room with a memory foam mattress, very comfy and large. Fridge and tea and coffee making. AC very cold and very quiet ceiling fan makes for a good night's sleep. »

«Stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and the place was fantastic! The concept of the resort is fresh and is unlike any other place you will come across in India. A beautiful place, exciting in terms of accommodation and amenities and kudos to the warm and courteous staff, especially Mr. Umapathy. The highlight of the trip for me was the beach! Silvery sands, pristine waters and lush green foliage lining the resort, with just about 1 or 2 other people on the beach with you. What more could you ...

«The property is family friendly, there is beach access - you have to walk to the beach, not too far. We enjoyed the pool. Currently they have one restaurant at the propery - it was convenient and good India food.

«Dette er et veldig fint og koselig hotell. Det er faa rom paa hotellet og vi opplevde at det var flere ansatte enn gjester paa hotellet. De gjorde hele tiden alt de kunne for at vi skulle ha et fint opphold, men det ble noen ganger litt kleint med saapass tett oppfoelging.
Veldig gode senger og smakfullt innredning paa rommene.
God frokost. Vi spiste ogsaa middag en kveld paa hotellet. Mat og drikke er betydelig dyrere enn andre steder i byen, men vi opplevde aa faa kvalitet for pengene. ...

«Pros: The hotel Athithi is located in market area. Very near to rock beach (walkable) and good restaurants. A good family hotel.

Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant.»

This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following:
1. No toilet paper was available.
2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work.
3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked.
4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next ...
