Outside area:
- An 8x4 m swimming pool (private, unheated) available from May to early October
- A 12 m² south-facing balcony
- A 650 m² enclosed private garden, south-facing, to make the most of fine weather
- A south-facing terrace

The flat is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Discover the historic centre of Villeneuve-sur-Lot
- Visit the Gajac Museum, housed in an old mill
- Canoeing, paddling or hiring an electric boat on the River Lot
- Walk or cycle along the River Lot
- Tasting local produce (markets, market halls, etc.)
