Just a short walk from the Yonne, the natural border with Seine-et-Marne, your refuge is located in the heart of nature, on the edge of a magnificent pond with crystal-clear water when the warm season arrives. Come and enjoy a sublime setting just 30 minutes from the Fontainebleau forest and 1 hour 30 minutes from central Paris! Located on the banks of the pond belonging to Benjamin and Gwenn, your Homnest hosts, the refuge offers all the amenities in 14 perfectly optimized square meters: * Sleeping area: a queen-size bed 160x200 cm (2 adults) and a sofa bed (1 additional adult, extra sleeping space) * Kitchen area: refrigerator, gas hob, sink, utensils, dishes and condiments * Living/dining area with high table & stools * Bathroom: sink, walk-in shower and eco-friendly toilet Dry) PGJyPg* Soaps, towels, and bed linen provided PGJyPg* Heating via a gas stove PGJyPg* Ceiling fan to keep you cool (no air conditioning) PGJyPg* Outdoor furniture (except during winter): table, chairs, barbecue, and deck chairs PGJyPg* Drinking water via a 5-liter fountain: do not drink the tap water, which is supplied by a tank and used for showers and washing dishes PGJyPg* Cleaning included PGJyPg* Free parking PGJyPg PGJyPg Regarding meals and activities, at an additional cost and upon reservation at least 48 hours before your stay (subject to availability after this time), your hosts offer :

Swimming is possible in the pond, at your own risk. A liability waiver may be requested on site. GOOD TO KNOW: The refuge is located in nature and is completely self-sufficient: electricity is produced by solar panels, cooking and heating run on gas, and running water is stored in a tank. You have all the usual comforts, but the idea of ​​alternative housing is also to be aware of its impact on the environment! Therefore, a few rules apply during your stay: 1) Except for phones and laptops, do not plug in any electrical devices other than those provided on site, as this could damage the solar system. It is therefore not possible to use, for example, your hairdryer, a hair straightener, or a raclette grill. 2) Wastewater is filtered by plants: you are asked to use only the 100% natural products provided (shower gel, dish soap). 3) Dogs are allowed in the accommodation for an additional €30, provided they are clean. Maximum 1 dog per stay. It is forbidden to allow your dog on the bed, or to leave it alone in the accommodation when you are not present. Outside, it must be kept on a leash at all times (other animals are present on the premises). If your dog is wet, please dry it before bringing it inside. Any damage will be subject to an additional charge. During the day, your pet can be looked after at your host Gwenn's dog boarding kennel, right next to the accommodation (price on request) Arrival: from 5 pm Departure: before 11 am Key box available for late arrivals You have free parking near the shelter As the shelter is on the edge of a pond, we strongly advise you to bring shoes suitable for wet areas, especially in winter or rainy weather (boots, etc.) The shelter is located on the grounds of Gwenn and Benjamin work and live on site. Gwenn runs a small dog boarding kennel. You may therefore encounter them and their animals during your stay. There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation. The entrance to the shelter is not at ground level; it has a small staircase of three steps.
