The property is located at the end of the small village (145 inhabitants) in a very quiet environment.
The farmhouse (old farm) is south-facing, a large garden borders it from east to west.
The terrace is sheltered from the sun by an awning.
On the first floor: a large entrance hall with a table football; on the left a staircase leads to the mezzanine and the 1st floor; on the right, a large living room with fireplace and open kitchen.
On the 1st floor: a mezzanine with billiards, darts, exercise bike and weight bench.
Left: a Chinese bedroom with shower and separate toilet.
Right: a corridor leads: a Peruvian bedroom (one double bed), an African family room (one double bed and 4 trundle beds); a separate shower room with WC.
