Bayview Sands - Modern, Pet Friendly, 6 BR/3BA on the Water!

Located directly on the sand, with a comfortable, West Coast Chic vibe, this 6BR house offers expansive views of the Delaware Bay from nearly every room! On the ground floor, you’ll find a dining area large enough for the whole family, an open kitchen with sliding doors out to the bay, and a gorgeous sun room with wall-to-wall windows, all with full water views in every direction. You’ll also find two queen bedrooms on the ground floor, sharing a full hall bath with a large jetted tub and glass enclosed shower. Outdoors, enjoy an expandable outdoor dining table that seats up to 20, a fully fenced in yard for kids and pets to play, a climbing dome, lounge chairs in the sand, adirondacks surrounding the gas fire pit, and direct gated access to the beach! At the top of the main stairs is a second full bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and a wide open view of the bay. To your left, is a large queen bedroom with dresser, sitting area, and another beautiful water view. To your right is an even larger bedroom with two queen beds, a desk area, couch, TV, and bayside balcony access. Remote work just got a little better with a full view of the water! Down the hall, you’ll find a bunkbed room that sleeps 8, with two double beds in each, beanbag chairs, and a TV, so you can put a movie on and let the kids hang out! At the far end of the hall, you’ll find the primary king suite with TV, sitting area, separate bathroom with stall shower, and sliding glass doors to the cozy furnished balcony overlooking the beach- our favorite place to watch the sunset! We provide beach chairs, sand toys, and other amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please review the Welcome Book for additional important information upon booking. LINENS: Comforters and pillows remain in the home; Linen Ladies of Cape May (linenladies.com) delivers freshly washed duvet covers, sheets, and towels; choose the Whole House Package (linenladies.com/product/601-delaware-ave), select items á la cart, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d prefer. LUXURY SERVICES: We are happy to recommend a local photographer, private chef, in-home massage therapist, yoga/pilates instructor or any other service that would make your stay special. WELCOME BOOK: A Welcome Book will be sent to you electronically upon booking your stay with us. Please review it for additional important information, including a checkout checklist. Panoramic view of the bay and nightly sunsets. Plenty of room for a large family group. Close proximity to the water.Fenced in yard a big plus for groups with younger children and pets. A very enjoyable experience all around.

Gorgeous house and property, made lifetime memories here

The house is as depicted, beautifully appointed and roomy. Checking in and out was as easy as possible, and the hosts were responsive.Linens (sheets, towels, etc) aren’t included with the rental, so people will have to either bring their own or do what we did, get the bundle through Linen Ladies. It seemed a bit pricey at first, but there are a LOT of beds, and we got a variety of towels in the bundle, as well. We had extended family visiting from all over the country with no way to bring enough linens, so the convenience was well worth it. Linen Ladies was great. Timely, organized, everything super clean.Now for the fun stuff! Everyone loved spending time on the back deck, relaxing and chatting while listening to the sounds of the bay, and meandering down to the beach. It’s really idyllic, and the sunsets are gorgeous from there. The dining room is big enough for large groups to be seated comfortably, and great to play games in the evening. The family room was where we were we at when we were inside just to lounge and watch TV or catch an afternoon nap, comfy and great viewThe fenced in sand yard was awesome - our dogs could wander around, and my 2 year old great-nephew just wanted to be there with his toy trucks. My nephew kept saying how amazing it was that his son was so happy to play by himself for so long, with us watching from the deck.Thank you, Crystal, for a vacation that enabled us to blend generations and make wonderful memories for a lifetime!

Everyone was happy staying here.

I had a large group of families and friends. Everyone loved staying here. felt comfortable, and enjoyed time together. The house was beautiful, right off the bay, all fenced, even my furry baby liked running in sand. The owner was promptly communicative. Teens went to movie theater and arcade for fun. A huge wallmart was 10 mins away. I would love to come back!

Great home/location, not the most hospitality

The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, was directly in the beach, and had amazing views. There were plenty of beds, pillows, and blankets, and the beds were comfortable. The home was set-up well for a large group, providing adequate parking, and large spaces where we could all eat and lounge together. We loved being just a sand dune away from the water. However, there were a few things that made our trip a little less relaxing. Although lines were listed as included on vrbo amenities, linens were a separate expense booked through an outside vendor. This changed the cost of the rental for our party, added extra overhead to planning, and required making our own beds when we arrived. We were looking for a place with a hottub, and this listing was included in the search. There is no hottub, I’m not sure if it is a bug with vrbo, or an issue of how the house is listed, or if the jet bathtubs are counted as a hottub.The fire pit also did not work. We had the very end of every household supply (trash bags, dish detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent). When we reached out regarding this, we were told that they only “start us off” and that we were responsible for the consumable goods beyond that. This added to the mental load of an already logistically complicated and short trip.Overall we had a wonderful time but recommend being prepared with extra supplies.

Just Perfect

This a safe house for dogs and children with bay beach access, great location, and lots of room. We would definitely recommend it and want to go back. The owners have done an excellent job in every way.

Very nice beach house

The property was very spacious and could accommodate our entire family of 14. Having a private backyard of sand allowed the young kids to play the entire time. The chairs and beds were comfortable, but very low to the ground, which was difficult for the adults.

Stay was great. Post checkout situation awful

Property was great. Lots of room, great location. Lots of local stores and stuff to do. Property manager was great. Now for the bad news. The house is decorated in black and white. Not the best color selection for a beach house. There is some wear and tear. Furniture and rugs had stains, the utensil drawer was really difficult to open and close, the stove top was cracked and had glass splinters. The gas grill - while was able to be lit - would only go to 250 degrees. A root was sticking up at the gate leading to the beach which caused us to trip a number of times. The living room has a great table but the chairs are short cylinders with no backs which was a bit difficult for us older folks and there is limited lighting in the room which makes post sunset game playing difficult. The worse part was we were charged an additional cleaning fee. The cleaning people subsequently said the house was "trashed" with little supporting documentation. We had sent pictures of stained and broken things over the first day or so but stopped taking pictures of stained stuff since we were told that the place was going to be steam cleaned the following week. There was conflicting directives of what to do with the bedding at the end of the week. The lease said to make the beds, the house rules on the fireplace said to strip the beds. We also asked for early check-in since the house was vacant for 2 days. Owners would not agree. Renters beware!!

Amazing house!

House and location were perfect. Very private. Neighbors but not in obtrusive way. House was very spacious . The low beds were tricky and the dining table seats were down right ridiculous for a kid friendly house but we didn’t spend time indoors. The fenced in yard was amazing for toddlers and dogs. Close easy access ti the water.

Fabulous family location and layout!

Ideally located on top of the dunes with direct access to the beach from the fenced in sand filled back yard. Perfect for kids of all ages! My husband and I travelled up from Florida to meet with my son and daughter and kids from 3 to 16. The layout of the house was exactly what our family of 12 needed. Plenty of space and privacy!

Great Home

Perfect spot for a family celebration. This house has large rooms, there were 10 adults, 3 teenagers and some littles and we had plenty of space to spread out. Views from the deck couldn’t be beat and the beach was fantastic! I wish we had been able to stay longer.

Very nice

The house is beautifully decorated. We had a group of 15 and it was the perfect amount of space. Great view. Room with the windows is beautiful. I would suggest adding screens to the windows. It is not handicap accessible. Communication is wonderful. Great stay!

Already want to book next year!

Our group of 14 had the best stay at this house. Our ages ranged from 78-2.5 and everything was amazing. Remote check in was a breeze and all the people at Coastline realty were so helpful before the trip. First off the sunset bay location, the incredible view, and fenced in sand yard was worth the booking alone. The house is beautifully decorated but also functional enough for little kids not to get into trouble. The back room surrounded in windows, which we deemed the "nap room", was gorgeous and so cozy in the late afternoon when the sun would warm up the space. We also loved the fact that we could all fit around the dining room table! The upstairs bunk room worked well for the older kids (in their young 20s) they loved feeling like kids again and reuniting with their cousins. Sincerely hoping this place will be available again next year!

Family weekend

We had 18 family members from 2 yrs to 68 yrs stay very comfortably at this location for a weekend. We also had 2 dogs. The property has a lot of space to relax, socialize, eat, sleep and have fun. The view of the bay is terrific. I'd highly recommend this for a large family!
