«The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. «It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. »

«Spacious room, beautiful view of Lago Villarrica. Good breakfast, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Staff was helfpul, though most had limited English--Apple Translate definitely helped. Steep, long, narrow driveway from highway up to hotel was a little intimidating, but luckily we never encountered another vehicle on it. Very good value for the price. »

Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. «We loved the Yurt/capsules. Gorgeous view of the lake. Super cozy. Very comfortable King bed. And a experience in itself. Awesome rooftop view of the trees that I loved waking up to. Solid breakfast. You for sure need a car. It’s close to town but not walkable. Front desk not always there and it’s not a full service type hotel but they do respond to calls promptly. Overall very happy with the experience and would come back for the beachfront experience and views to wake up to!»
