Villa right on a Shallow Sandy Beach, just 40m walk to the water.

Our beach house gets it's name from the "heart" shaped tree in the garden area. It's right on the beach, the quiet nights with the incredible moonrise with its reflexion on the sea and the early morning mirror like calmness of the water, creates an unforgettable memory in our mind and heart.
The space
Our villa has been our family's holiday home over the years. Its a detached house with a private parking, right on the beach front, overlooking the sea.
Its a two floor house, that can accommodate up to 6 people. Downstairs, is an "open plan" kitchen with a dining area and the living room. There is a couch that can extend to a double bed at night, and can accommodate two more people.
Then there is a covered veranda overlooking the beach.
Then there is the Garden patio that has sunbeds for sunbathing. There are also incline chairs can be taken to the beach. A "charcoal" barbecue is also available.

Upstairs, is the main bedroom with a double bed. The large window doors over look the Sea, for magic awakenings. Then there is a smaller bedroom, with two single beds. Both rooms are "sea view" rooms. The distance to the Sea is approximately 40m away. One can have a quick awakening dip in the water, have a quick shower outside, and then Breakfast in the veranda next to the water.
There is free wi-fi, and a smart tv. There is an ironing board with an iron. Also, on the ground floor, there is a wc and a washing machine.
