«Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. »

Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. «Et helt fantastisk hotell med mye historie og sjel. Kun 6 rom, alle store og romslige. Vi hadde et rom /leilighet med utsikt til Comosjøen. Utrolig god service gjennom hele oppholdet. Veldig god frokost. Hotellet har tilgang til privat strand. Husk badesko! Hotellet ligger i et rolig område med noen få restauranter. Etter tre dager hadde vi ikke lyst til å dra fra dette fantastiske hotellet. »

«We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
