Located in one of the most upscale areas of Vilamoura, within 2.6 km of the beach, and 5 km of Vilamoura Marina, Villa offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a outdoor swimming pool (possibly heated) and a lush garden.
The villa is located in an area where you can enjoy activities such as golf, tennis, hiking, beach, excellent Spa including the Hilton hotel to pamper yourself.
Within the villa, you can relax by the swimming pool and, at the end of the day, relax in the hammam. To end your evenings, you will have the opportunity to play billiards, table tennis or table football.

The villa has 5 suites, one with a jacuzzi and three with views of the golf course and swimming pool

A large and beautiful family villa over looking the fantastic millenium golf course. Modern, clean and very well eqipped. Location is excellent, quiet and upmarket, just 10 mins to the bustling marina and it's multiple restaurants. Pool was heated as was the lovely jacuzzi. Overall a perfect, relaxing stay with excellent local property management support and direct contact with the owner was possible throughout, which was very much appreciated.

The villa was perfect for what we were looking for. We were a family of 7, 6 adults and one baby and had plenty of room. Baby highchair and travel cot were great to have already at the villa on arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything needed to cook within the villa each day.There were great seating areas for lounging around the pool, there was a table to eat dinner outside or inside as well as comfy sofas inside. Umbrellas in the garden were great for shade. Fabulous location in a quiet street and overlooking the golf course. Close to Vilamoura port and beaches.The Pool table and table tennis table in the basement were a nice addition to have as well. Parking was available at the villa beyond automatic gates and the villa felt very safe with surveillance and alarm system. We were met at the property for easy check in by the management company who were very helpful and the owner was very responsive before, during and after the trip which made everything run smoothly.I would definitely recommend this villa to others and would look to return for future stays.

We stayed for a week with 3 generations of family. The communication with Paolo was excellent, any questions were answered promptly, also the management team were always on hand during our stay to help out with a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly. The villa itself is really lovely and perfect for groups of family or friends especially as each bedroom has an en-suite. The kitchen was extremely well equipped if you like to cook and the pool is a good size and has a beautiful view over the golf course. The location is very peaceful and felt very safe, we would definitely recommend hiring a car as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance so otherwise you will be relying on taxis

We have just returned from a week at the villa. We went as a family of 8 with children/adults from 16 years. The owner contacted me as soon as I’d booked and helped me with any initial queries which put my mind at rest. As we’d arrived on an early flight we were able to drop our bags at the villa before we spent the first day exploring the harbour.The agent was in touch from the moment we booked and whilst there helped with queries efficiently.The villa was perfect! Very spacious for 8 of us.The kitchen had every appliance/equipment you could wish for. We used the outside bbq a few nights too.Pool was amazing. Definitely worth the extra to be heated. Hot tub overlooking the golf course was used more than expected too. We all had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend.The only slight disadvantage to us was the nearest shop wasn't close. We hadn’t hired a car and it was a bit too far to walk down the main roads. There may have been a short cut but we didn’t find it. Would have been nice to have a shop to easily walk to. The area is very quiet only the golf course close by (few minutes walk). However, in saying that we very easily got Ubers from the villa wherever we needed to go. Quick and very cheap compared to UK prices. Ranged from 4-8 euros to the harbour/beach/supermarket. So in fairness we all got about easily.Highly recommend the villa and Paolo was always on hand via WhatsApp for any questions I had. We all agreed we had one of our best holiday there

Fabulous

This is a stunning, luxurious villa in a spectacular location. We had a fabulous week and felt well supported by the host. We were celebrating our Pearl wedding anniversary with our grown kids and their partners. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodating. The layout was gorgeous. I don’t want to recommend too highly in case it gets booked up and we don’t get to go back but I cannot help it. Wonderful holiday.

Holiday in May 2025

We had a fantastic stay! As a family of 10, ranging from 2 year olds to grandparents, the house was absolutely perfect for us. The house and the garden are beautiful, with lovely views of the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house was generally in a great condition. One massive reassurance was the retractable cover over the swimming pool, especially with kids so little. The owner was incredibly helpful, as well as the management company, we were in great hands! We’ll definitely look to stay again - thanks Paulo!

Fantastic Villa

This really was the most fantastic villa holiday . 3 generations of our family were here together and we all loved the beautiful villa with exceptional facilities which catered for everyone - amazing heated pool , large jacuzzi & wonderful games room, very spacious living / dining areas , such a well equipped kitchen - just a beautiful villa & in a superb location … could not want for anything more. Our host was so attentive and very kind .. made us feel very welcome , and his management company were also so helpful for local support - such a fabulous holiday 😊we will definitely be back !

Estivemos uma semana nesta propriedade com a nossa família (avós, tios e sobrinhos) e foi fantástico! A casa estava super bem equipada, não faltava absolutamente nada. A piscina, o jacuzzi, os jardins, a sala de jogos foram o paraíso para os mais pequenos e também para os maiores. Tudo perfeito!

Fantastic Villa and Owner

Just returned from this villa; could give it nothing else but a 5 star review. Everything was amazing and exactly as described. There was plenty of space inside and outside. The pool and games room were a massive hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend and will look to stay again. Nb: communication with Paolo was faultless; he was always very quick to respond and answer any queries we had.

Poop and house amazing

Both the house and pool were wonderful. Big garden too that was so peaceful and private and not overlooked. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained. Poop table in the games room was so handy when you wanted a break from the sun. Air conditioning all through the house too was great thank you we will be back.

Relaxing & convenient for golfers

We had a fantastic time with friends and family during our stay. Perfect for golfers with a great pool and entertainment for non-golfers too. The owner and management were super helpful and attentive. Would definitely go back again.

Magica Algarve

Bellissima villa affacciata sul green della buca num 1 del Laguna. La comunicazione con l.agenzia e con il proprietario sono state ottime ed hanno permesso di risolvere velocemnte qualche problema durante il soggiorno. Il giardino con piscina riscaldata e jacuzzi ė veramente emozionante e vale da solo il prezzo del soggiorno. Per il periodo invernale consiglio di chiedere all agenzia di accendere almeno 2 giorni prima gli heating floor nei bagni e gli split poichè quando siamo arrivati noi in casa c erano 16 gradi e per 2 giorni non è stato piacevole soggiornare alla sera.
