Important Notes (Please Read before you book):

- We promote eco-conscious living and do not offer ACs.
- We encourage interaction and have chosen not to include TVs.
- One bathroom has a geyser, the other has a manual heating rod.
- The neighbourhood has some commercial activity, so expect a bit of hustle and bustle during mornings and evenings.
Guest access
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, plus access to building amenities. Make yourself at home!

- Please treat this space with the same respect you would your own home.
- If any issues arise, we'll do our best to address them promptly, but there's no 24/7 on-site staff.
- The neighbourhood has become more commercial recently. While we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere within our property, please understand that we can't control the external environment.
