Our Harmony room (ground floor, adults only) was clean, modern and very comfortable. For an all-inclusive hotel catering for many people, the food was excellent. The Jerk Treehouse was a firm favourite for lunch and we very much enjoyed sushi at Silk and steak at Calabash. The breakfast buffet was fab too - really enjoyed the french toast. The New Year Eve Gala Dinner was incredible - such a variety of great food including scallops, lobster, shrimp, roast beef and fresh pasta.
The reception team arranged to relocate us when we were unhappy with the first room we were allocated (opposite reception and very noisy) - this seems to be where the 2 x queen bed rooms are located. Our second room had 1 x king bed, was peaceful and had plenty of space to unpack, relax and dry swimwear outside.
The beach bar is fab but the beach itself (on the atlantic side of the island) is windy and the sea can be quite choppy. Snorkelling and swimming was more pleasant on the Caribbean side of the island which we visited during the second week of our holiday.
Highly recommend arranging excursions through 'Captain Jack Sparrow' on the beach - our tour guide (Jimmy) was brilliant and took us on a private tour in an air conditioned mini-van with drinks at a lower price than the excursion desk in the hotel lobby.
It's best to get your restaurant reservations in early as many were fully booked in early January. The pool tables are pretty worn and need levelling and re-surfacing.
