Terrazza Ripa is a vacation apartment in Vieste, for rent in the historic center of the beautiful ancient town jutting into the sea. The vacation home has a postcard-size panoramic balcony overlooking the sea.

The apartment is a real gem, with its sea view balcony furnished with table and chairs where
you can spend the most beautiful hours, admiring the breathtaking
horizon, having breakfast by the sea, sunbathing on the comfortable deck
chairs, lunch and dinner always with the pleasant view of the Adriatic
Sea and the ancient town.
The interiors of the Terrazza Ripa
vacation home are simple and cozy. The living room is embellished with
some sections of the ancient stone vaulting brought back into view. Here
are the dining room, double sofa bed, armchairs and TV, and the open kitchen beyond an archway, well equipped.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom furnished with a bunk bed, and completed by a shower room.

The Terrazza Ripa vacation home is located in the historic center of Vieste,
with entrance along a very charming pedestrian street, among the most
photographed, overlooking the steep cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
A truly unique and privileged location to fully enjoy the most
authentic atmosphere of this ancient village protruding into the sea.
From
its magnificent terrace, you can admire a unique view of the Ripa
district and towards the convent of San Francesco and the characteristic
trebuchet. The nearest equipped beach is precisely that of the legend of Pizzomunno, located about 700 meters from the apartment. The area of the house is well served by clubs, bars and taverns.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in the ZTL area from 01/06 to 26/09: during this period the circulation and parking of all vehicles is prohibited from 8pm to 7am.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.
