The hotel at first looks great. Unfortunately, the rooms need remodeling, bathrooms and new furniture. We stayed May 8 and it rained at 3 am sewer water rose up through the drains of our room. We had to get out and stay in the balcony for 4 hours until staffed arrived. Luggage and other belongings were ruined with sewer waters ( floating human feces ) I do want to say and emphasize that the staff , Taché, Ketcha, David, and rest of the staff were amazing. The staff is what makes this place pleasant. The owner of this place has to recognize the staff. They did all possible to help us get cleaned up as we had to walk in the sewer water to get out our belongings from our room called Isabela.

Beautiful place with great staff, nice amenities, and spacious rooms. Dave the manger was so helpful and makes you feel welcomed. It’s a quiet and chill environment. We enjoyed having a cocktail by the pool after walking the beach. I loved our stay here and would definitely go back if I get a chance to visit PR again.

While the location and view were great, our room - The Mary has subpar- loose tiles in the bathroom and around toilet, very stained ottomans in the room and no hot water

Pool and beach are beautiful. Rooms are quiet. Staff very nice. Dave, at front desk, was especially wonderful. Hard to control riom temp.abd would prefer nicer linens.

Un pequeño paraiso
Una buena nota no solo se consigue por la calidad de las instalaciones o por la amabilidad de los empleados, tambien por las sensaciones que tienes al entrar y al estar en los lugares donde te alojas. Overall the property is great, but the staff and customer service is on the low low side. Bartender is a joke, doesn’t know how to prepare drinks and in my case, I got there around 12 pm, my room was already clean, but the front desk lady said she was leaving for lunch and that I had to wait 1 and a half hours for her to get back and give me my room. They have no clue of what customer service is! Sucks!

Mixed feelings.
Feel the hotel has left a lot of areas deteriorate. My room the door to the bathroom did not close it was unhinged. The area where the closet was had chairs with rust crammed in. The rooms need a lot of TLC.

This place was just fabulous. Such beauty, the views, the staff, the night sky and the exclusivity feeling that you get from the place. Everything was fabulous. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room but everything else was so perfect that it was worth it. Stayed an extra two nights because of how wonderful it was. The food was great at the restaurant and the drinks were delicious at the bar. The young lady that worked there went out of her way to drive us to our tour because taxis weren’t available at the time and we were going to miss it if we tried walking. Thank you again that was very kind of you;)

Worst Place on the Island - Stay Away
This place is run but crooks who want nothing more than to take your money and give you nothing in return but trouble and "that's the policy" when you have an issue. I'll spare the whole story but it goes something like: - I need to leave a day early for a family emergency - NO, you'll have to pay for the entire stay regardless - I'd like to talk to your manager - "we don't have a manager" - Will a bottle of champagne (cheap $3) make you feel better - No I find out later the place is run by a guy who went bankrupt leaving his creditors Millions of Dollars in debt and is clearly only out to line his pocket not provide any kind of service whatsoever.
