The Farm house, your home away from home

This rural farm house is an absolute steal! Bring your family, friends or partner for a magical stay. Enjoy the night life exploring the wildlife or having a soak in the hot tub with a wine! During the day you can go to the lake for a kayak (2 kayaks provided) have a game of 8 ball in the man shed, or just enjoy the serenity. The property is set on 17 acres and is just wonderful. It comes with free wifi, a coffee machine, 2 lounge rooms and much more! The Farm is set out on a magical 17 acres approximately 1hr and 45 minutes from Hobart and 2hrs and 10 minutes from Launceston, although it is a little far from the city noise, once you arrive you will forget about everything and just enjoy it all. It offers a spacious 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 living rooms and a well laid out kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. You can enjoy a wine in the hot tub, a beer in the man shed whilst you play some 8 ball, the wildlife after dark with torches provided, or just sit back and enjoy the quiet life and forget about the hustle and bustle of the real world for a bit! The Farm also provides free wifi and foxtel for those down days. The main bedroom is situated upstairs with its own balcony and a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs providing a double and a queen bed. The Farm provides 2 x kayaks and life jackets. *PLEASE NOTE* these are to use at your own risk, if any damages occur, fees will apply! The property has ample parking spaces that will fit caravans and boats if required. There are 2 fire places to use with wood provided, you might even wake to an abundance of snow in the winter period. In the summer time there are fans but unfortunately there is no air conditioning. Dee lagoon is just 5 minutes down the road. This property will only be availabe for a certain amount of months, so do not miss out! Additional notes: 1. The property comes with chickens, we can leave specific instructions on how to look after them or we can arrange for the caretaker to do so. Please note this at your booking. You may eat as many eggs as you like if they are laying! 2. There is a caretaker that lives on the property BUT you will never see him. He is quite a bit away from the house and you will only see him if you need him. Please no guests are to walk towards the area he stays. 3. The hot tub has a locked fence, the key will be provided. There will be 2 robes provided 4. All back fences need to stay shut at all times as the wildlife eat all of the plants. 5. This is pet friendly but we ask that no animals are to be on any of the furniture or beds and all poos get picked up and disposed of with the bags and bins provided. 6. All rubbish is to go in the bins near the shed with the lids on so the wildlife does not make a mess please. 7. The property is on tank water so we ask that you use the water sparingly. 8. The beds can not be split into singles. 9. The fire place in the middle living room can not be used, there is one in the main living room and one in the dining room. 10. If dogs are in the un fenced yard, please have them on a lead as the neighbouring properties have live stock. Please walk to the front door
