Stay in our new and modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite in beautiful Royal Bay! Enjoy wonderful ocean and city views from the outdoor patios, and comfortable living inside. The suite includes a welcoming living room, a desk workspace, full kitchen area with dining table for 2 and laundry. The 2 bedrooms both have queen beds and luxurious linens. There is a modern bathroom with tub shower plus amenities. Minutes from Colwood's most desirable amenities as well as beautiful beaches.

Welcome to our modern suite in Royal Bay! Here is some info about the space.

When you arrive, you will receive instructions on parking, and how to access the suite using your own private entrance with keypad lock. Enter the suite and you will first see the living room and fully equipped kitchen.

Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking supplies as well as dishes, condiments, a dishwasher, range/oven, microwave fridge, kettle, and other small appliances. There is dining table with 2 stools for dining.

Living room is comfortable with furnishings such as a love seat sofa, coffee table, a 40" flatscreen LED smart TV for all your favourite streaming services (your own guest login required), and stacker laundry (washer/dryer) in the closet with soap included.

2 Bedrooms both include a queen bed with side tables and closet with hangers. The beds have luxurious pillow top mattresses, silky micro-fiber linens, and big cozy pillows.

The back patio is a great place to soak in the sun and the beautiful ocean and city views of Royal Bay. On a clear day, you can also see the Olympic mountains in Washington state.

The suite is part of a larger modern home that is also the owners residence. This is totally separate from your suite and yours if fully self contained and private.

Access is seamless with your private entry having a touch keypad. You will get your code 24 hours for in the check in message.

Parking is located in the front driveway of the house and you may use the spot on the far LEFT side of the driveway by the water feature. This suite includes 1 parking spot. If you have 2 vehicles, you may park the second uphill on Delora Drive. EV charging is available on request. There is also outlets outside the garage by the parking spot.

- Your hosts, are not always directly on site. However, we are available 24/7 via message and phone and are here to answer any questions you have or to provide recommendations.
- Wifi is high Telus PureFiber internet for fast connection and office productivity.

Additional house rules:

- Keep a respectful volume at all times and quiet time between 9pm and 9am.
- No Pet Policy
- Extra guests must be informed to the host.
- Clean thoroughly upon departure and leave the space as you found it.
- Respect the other guests in the building and remain quiet in the entryway area.
- Parking includes 1 spot on the front driveway on the far LEFT side of the driveway by the water feature.
- Contact host if EV charging is needed.
- No Smoking Policy: There is no smoking, cannabis, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed on the property at all times. To ensure compliance with this policy, we have established a fine of $500 per incident for any breaches. This fine is necessary to enforce the rule and discourage smoking within our premises.
