Upon entering the house you will be making your way to the first floor, you'll be greeted by a luxurious King-sized master bedroom, boasting a dresser and a TV, providing an exquisite retreat. Adjacent to this sanctuary, is a cozy living area, complete with a TV and comfortable couches, perfect for unwinding. The seamless open layout connects this space to a well-appointed kitchen, featuring a dining table and a welcoming fireplace.
The highlight of this level is undoubtedly the captivating deck, extending to an open patio with a BBQ station and a fireplace, accompanied by a generously sized couch for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. For added convenience, the laundry area is thoughtfully situated near the bedroom, making daily chores a breeze.
Venturing to the second floor, you'll find three more bedrooms. The Master bedroom is a true gem, featuring a King-sized bed, an attached washroom, a TV, and ample closet space. In addition, there are two more bedrooms, each with a Queen-sized bed, and a shared washroom. It's worth noting that every room in this house is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

If you require additional parking space, we kindly request that you refrain from parking outside the driveway. This is due to the presence of a fire lane in close proximity to the driveway. We would greatly appreciate it if you could utilize Coralee Street for any extra parking needs

Located downtown, easy parking across the street in parking garage. Clean and modern decor. We walked to dinner and had a nice stay for 1 night in our way to vacation.
The property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but still only about a 20 minute drive from Victoria. Spacious, clean, and pleasant. Communication with the host was easy.
Roomy accommodations with helpful property manager who is quick to respond and accommodate all requests. Great location with quick walk to thetis lake and trails. All amenities close by. Highly recommended and will stay again if available.
We picked this spot because it was close to family we were visiting. The home was extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and having so many bathrooms was amazing. The host was awesome and answered any questions quickly. Would have liked more seating in the living room but otherwise it was a great spot

Lots of space!
Great amount of space and not too long from downtown Victoria!
Not the best cleaned.
The owners were very gracious about supplying us with some necessary food supplies. We are a family of seven with 3 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. Also helped with a later check out. The house is located in Langford which is a suburb of Victoria. Super easy to get to the Hop on Hop off bus and a whale watching boat in downtown Victoria. The only flaw is that the living room seats 4. I would suggest that they buy a sectional and a few small end tables. Other than that comfy bedrooms accommodated us all.

Lovely retreat
This home was cozy and comfortable. The layout worked well for our family. The outdoor deck was very enjoyable. The access to trails was a delight; we were able to spend so much time outside. The kitchen was not well-equipped, making cooking a challenge. Two cars (which we had) do not fit in the driveway.
The shower in the master bathroom was slippery and there was a problem with the microwave but overall it was a fine place to stay.
There were lots of steep narrow stairs and the driveway was at a very awkward angle for backing out. Also it would have been extremely difficult to fit 2 cars in the driveway unless they were both small.
Property was nice, and perfect for what we needed. There is a suite rental in the house and we could hear the tenants tv / music, but it wasn't overwhelming, nor did it bother us and was turned off at a reasonable time.
Parking is limited so if traveling with more than one car be aware of that.
Coffee maker needs a good cleaning, but rest of house was clean and comfortable.
Owner was very responsive, we unfortunately were given an old code I messaged the owner and got a response in less than a minute with the correct code. This was nice to have such a quick response.
I would rent this property again in the future

Family Time
It had adequate bedrooms for our family’s needs. The eating area was adequate. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. ( ie-pans were very old allowing food to burn on, spoiling the food being cooked. Also more dishes could have been available.)
The covered balcony with the heater was a real hit with everyone. One item really missed was a binder with information on the area and what is good to see in the area. Also in the binder could be the location of hospitals, restaurants, Corner Stores and larger stores. and more. We should have had the Host’s contact information.
If we were to return another time, I would want to discuss getting a lower price unless the changes needed have been 100% dealt with.

Nice House
The house itself was nice. The host contacted me as I was on the ferry to the island saying the previous guests had left it a mess and our check in would be delayed .
The driveway parking for two vehicles was almost impossible. We thought we would put one in the garage. Unfortunately the garage was filled with garbage and smelled like a dump. The location of the house was right on top of other homes. Other than dead batteries in some remotes, the rest of the house was nice. I appreciated the host calling me to advise us that the house required extra cleaning..
