Zambezi Family Lodge is completely private - secluded and nestled in a peaceful suburb of Victoria Falls, approximately a 1 km walk or drive to town and 3.5 km to the majestic Victoria Falls.
Guests have exclusive use of this home which sleeps 15 comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - three of them ensuite.
Each bedroom is air conditioned with ceiling fans. Furniture is made from Zimbabwean teak. All the bedding is Egyptian Cotton and there are 100% Blockout Curtains and Voiles. Hairdryers are provided.
In the centre of the villa is a large enclosed and semi covered courtyard, a large flat screen TV in the lounge and entertainment area.

Buffalo Room
Our Buffalo Room is situated in the middle of the villa with two single beds,with a bed side lamp shared, usb ports available for charging, the room has wide clear windows to see through into our picturesque garden, a mini fridge, air conditioner, ceiling fan and mirror is provided too.(shared bathroom and toilet)
Lion Room
Our Lion Room which we love to call the curve room is situated closest to the entrance of our villa has a view to die for of our gardens(the famous baobab tree), pool and gazebo area. The room has a double bed ensuite with bedside lamps, usb ports, mirror, air conditioner, ceiling fan and mini fridge.
Rhino Room
Our Rhino Room is situated at the far end of the villa, views of parts of the garden, three single beds ensuite with bedside lamps, usb ports, air conditioner, ceiling fans and a mini fridge.
Leopard Room
Our Leopard Room which is our sunken room has a view of parts of the garden, has four single beds with bedside lamps, usb ports, air conditioner and standing fan.(shared bathroom and toilet)
Zambezi Family Lodge is a beautiful serene villa which sits on a 4,760 sq meter plot, nestled in a peaceful suburb of Victoria Falls City, less than a kilometer away from the city centre(15 minute walk) and 3 kilometers away from the Mighty Victoria Falls(The Smoke That Thunders).
Our villa boasts 5 bedrooms with 3 ensuites and a shared bathroom/toilet, a very spacious lounge with a 75" Television(unlimited wifi, netflix, dstv, etc), all rooms and sitting arears have air conditioners, a pool table for entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped with all untencils, two ovens, gas stove, upright fridges to name a few, our dinning area can seat guests of twelve plus and has a square teak lazy susan table which is ideal for a memorable shared meal. We provide two water dispensors with purified water as we are trying our level best to reduce plastic waste. A courtyard is positioned in the middle of the villa, a quiet area to read a book or bask in the sun. Five very helpful and friendly staff will be in and around the villa to make guests stay more comfortable and convenient. The beautiful manicured gardens comprise of tropical plants and mature indigenous trees including the iconic baobab tree. We have various sitting arrears around the villa, the sparkling pool and gazebo is a favorite to have an outdoor meal, enjoy our comfy sun lounges, barbecue or feel the cooling spray of the Victoria Falls during high season. Our villa is in a safe suburb but for the comfort of our guests we have security guard from 6pm-6am daily.

The house is set in a beautiful manicured garden with a swimming pool and
magnificent mature indigenous trees, including the iconic old Baobab tree. All of this attracts a variety of birdlife. Guests have full use of the garden and there is a vegetable / herb garden for their use too!
A private Chef can be arranged if requested, at an extra cost and subject to availability. Prior notice would be required.
