Bryllupsreise i Italia
Fantastisk hotell, fantastisk utsikt, fantastisk frokost, fantastisk restaurant. Dette hotellet er i en klasse for seg selv. Man får utrolig mye for pengene ved overnatting her. Blant de beste hotellene jeg har vært på i verden. Kjempefint bassengområde og mange terrasser man kan sitte å slappe av på. Personalet var noen av de hyggeligste jeg har vært borte i. Kan varmt anbefale dette til alle.

Very nice hotel, but with some trusses
Nice hotel with a fantastic view. Nice pool area. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice with free transport around the area. Good wifi. Stayed here two times. There IS a few, small things that is not THAT good. Like a bathroom with a lot of long, black hair on the toilet and walls when we arrived. They dont allow you to bring your own food/drink to the room bought from elsewhere. Also, for the first time in my life (been traveling a lot) I discovered a hotel who wants you to PAY for scrambled eggs (when breakfast is included in the stay)?!?!? And, they want to sell You a private boat trip to Capri, starting on aprx 8-900 euros! This includes private boat out to Capri and a trip around the Island. This is, the way I see it, a very bad deal! What you should do is to take the public ferry out to Capri (around 20 euros/pax - and very fast. 30 minutes) and avoid all the waves and a looong way out. Then, when you arrive Capri, you hire a private boat with skipper for a couple of hours. The classic tour around the island in two hours usually costs around EUR 150. In high season (July and August). A much better deal for You - but maybe not for the hotel....

Nice stay. Few cons..
PROS: Nice hotel at a beautiful place. Great rooms. Great pool. Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast and restaurant. Stunning view. Very nice staff at the restaurant also. Michelin restaurant at the hotel. Affordable and very tasty, good food. Free shuttlebus to train station and beach. CONS: Expensive bar with the smallest cosmopolitan I've ever seen! Mojito was not good at all. Not allowed to bring own wine/prosseco (if you buy in shops - not hotel) to room. Have to buy it overpriced from hotel. Also we got a feeling that recommendings from staff (restaurants, boat trips etc) was someone they knew or earned money to recommend us....just a feeling. The recommendation on private boat all the way to Capri is a BAD and expensive tip. Take the public transport/boat out to Capri, and rent a private boat there. 1/4 of the price - and better. You dont want a small, pivate boat out to Capri. You just get sea sick. You just want it around the island, caves and so on...

The hotel is lovely, the sight is beautiful, breakfast with very good taste, and all personnel is very nice, polite, knowledgeable, provided excellent service. I felt very pampered by everyone at the hotel. Thanks and congratulations!! When I come back I will definitely stay in the same hotel!

The only thing negative is that the a/c was not up to par for a 5 star hotel. Aside from that the hotel met all expectaions. The manager, Dominico went over and above what was expected. Also , all the people at the desk , especially Ida was great. Also, shout out to Simone the bartender at the pool bar🙂

I love this property! The staff is amazing. If you are worried about being too remote from Sorrento, the train is a few minutes away and is just 10 minutes to Sorrento. One of the highlights of our vacation!

There is so much potential! Still some way to go!
This place has a lot of potential! It is at its most a 4-star hotel and this is why. The do not utilise their beautiful space, when you enter the facility there is a square space not filling any function. Here the hotel could add sofas for a luxurious check-in, work with flower arrangements etc. The pool is another MUST FIX, it is just not maintained, and this really drags down the hotel experience. The staff is friendly, but when you have a sommelier lecturing you on national Italian beer when you ask if they have any local/regional beer listening must improve. The attic rooms are the best, the others really must improve (they are dated). Reception-service is great, and shuttle services are nice! The beach is a 10min walk down, and sooo cozy! The hotel should partner up with the beach clubs!

The location of this property is a convenient train ride away from main sorrento square. Very far from amalfi coast. Very difficult to get taxi or book excursions if not done in advance. Hotel staff were nice but not that helpful when it came to getting transportation/trying to book something to do. Breakfast Included option was nice. Hotel in quiet location and standard rooms are very small. If you’re looking to explore this is not the place to stay.

La salle de bain sans douche séparée et le bain sans vitre ou rideaux donc de l'eau partout par terre après la douche dans le bain. Mauvais éclairage dans la salle de bain et également il faudrait un miroir grossissant et une toilette séparée donc la salle de bain manque vraiment de confort pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

This hotel was just fabulous. Booked after reading reviews for our party of 12 to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had a wonderful five nights here. The staff at breakfast, at dinner and in the bar could not have done more for us. The rooms aren't huge but are very nice, downstairs rooms with a small patio particularly lovely. Spectacular sunset views from the pool and the terrace and the bar. Absolute highlight was breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Stunning Hotel
Excellent! The staff were amazing, the food superb and the hotel incredible. We haven't been abroad for 3 years and decided to treat outselves. We picked right! A stunning location with views of Vesuvius and the evening sunset while having dinner. Train station less than 10 mins walk for easy access to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples! Free shuttle to the marina below the hotel. Would recommend and come back!

The staff is 5 star. They go out of their way for you, in a friendly, helpful way. The free breakfast was as good as i have have. meats, cheese, eggs, salmon, fresh fruit, fresh juices, pastries, prosecco, and many more items. The hotel was gorgeous and our room OK, but we got a less expensive room

Excellent honeymoon stay. Outstanding service by Gennaro and Ida in reception. Great pizzeria (even if not managed by the hotel itself). Breakfast was delicious and with a superb view. PS: next time you do an on-boarding service training, please invite your Director. It would be nice to have a Director who smiles or replies to your ”Good Morning” after 3 days.
