Location is the main draw
Clean and functional hotel with great location, but indifferent front desk staff and forgettable rooms. Breakfast was nice for the price and the staff here were attentive and friendly.

Brilliant place to stay in Vicenza!
The Hotel was renovated recently and the rooms was very very nice. The location is brilliant close to the park and the old town, and a few minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, not very sophisticated. But close by in the old town there are plenty of nice restaurants. Parking just outside the front entrance. The service was very good and the total experience was very very good.

Nice small hotel close to the centro of the beautiful old city of Vicenza! Personal service splended! Renovation going on, old inventory, simple breakfast.

Dear Mr. Daniel Thank you for your rewiw Concerning the breakfast, we offer a choice of croissant (with cream, jam or chocolate), cold cuts, assorted cheese, white bread together with cereal and whole grain bread, biscuits, plum cake, choice of fruit jams (also diet marmalades are available), honey, fresh fruit and fruit in syrup, yoghurt of many flavours and also plain yoghurt, juices – on request scrambled eggs and fresh orange/lemon squash. Of course we serve a variety of hot drinks, like tea, milk, american coffee, cappuccino, espresso. And above all we are talking about a continental breakfast buffet with no restrictions and with our staff always attentive and at disposal to guests. In case of particular requests, like gluten free or diet products, the client can inform us in occasion of the reservation, and we provide the requested items. Let us keep clearly in view always the opinion of our guests and advice because they help us to improve. with the hope to have you back guests we send our best regards Giovanni

Very comfortable and with very friendly staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was totally renovated shortly before arival, and held a very high standard. The surroundings are OK, and it is just 10 min walk to the central Piazza.

Greit opphold.
Greit opphold til en rimelig pris. Info på Hotels.com om at det bare var 4 ledige rom igjen den dagen jeg bestilte var feil i følge hotellbetjeningen. De reagerte på at jeg hadde bestilt ulike nivå på de tre rommene jeg bestilte, men det måtte jeg jo ettersom det tilsynelatende kun var disse rommene som var ledige. Frokosten var ok, spesielt god kaffi.

Points positifs - Excellente localisation – à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville - Chambre refaite récemment (décoration un peu froide à notre goût) - Parking devant l’hôtel pratique - Bon petit déjeuner - Accueil Points négatifs - L’environnement extérieur immédiat n’est pas très réjouissant à cause de (a) zones limitées de chantier autour de l’hôtel et (b) du goudron du parking de l’hôtel qui mérite une réfection - Le bruit extérieur : il y avait une fête foraine tout à côté de l’hôtel et même si on nous avait « upgrader », merci, pour être du côté opposé, on pouvait entendre le bruit. Heureusement la fête foraine se finit entre 22h00 et 23H30 selon les jours. On est également dérangé par le bruit du boulevard le matin (nous avions notre chambre de ce côté).

L’hotel ha una posizione strategica a 400 metri dalla stazione e altrettanti da corso Palladio. É una struttura nuova, molto elegante. Avevamo la suite junior con cromo terapia nella doccia. La stanza era enorme, con zona salottino, arredata con gusto e molto bella e luminosa. La colazione è molto varia, per tutti i gusti. Buonissimi i pancake con l’acero e i salati. Infine, il personale é molto cordiale, il signor Massimo una forza. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo a tutti questo hotel.

This is a lovely hotel, the best room in a 4* hotel with a nice seating area. A large and comfortable bathroom. The hotel is about 2 mins walk to the historic center and 4 mins walk from the train station. The hotel does not have a restaurant but the bar will make a sandwich if needed. Deliveries are also available at Just Eat Italy. As for accessibility - quite good for disability scooters. The staff always very helpful (it’s Italy after all).

Great location for walking to downtown with plenty of dining options. Recommend parking onsite since there is not available parking around. Room and bathroom were very large. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard but a nice inclusion. I would stay again!

Great base in Vicenza
Brilliant place to stay in Vicenza. We parked at the hotel which is just around the corner from the centro historico so we had easy access to all the shops, cafes and restaurants on and around the Corso Andrea Palladio, the Piazza dei Signori and the Piazza Della Biade. Also only 5 minutes to the railway station with a 45min train to Venice for a day trip. Really helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and inexpensive Negronis. Would definitely recommend.

Idéal pour visiter Vicence
Nous sommes venus à Vicenza en train et l’hôtel est très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et accueillante. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet très complet. La ville n’étant pas très grande, toutes les visites se font facilement à pied depuis l’hôtel.

全体的にバランスが良く満足。
建物内観と部屋の内装は新しく清潔感がありました。歩いて1分でスーパーがあり、駅も5分少々なので立地が便利でした。街の中心部にも近いです。 朝ご飯はよくあるラインナップでしたが美味しかったです。全体的にバランスが取れており快適な滞在でした。 気になる点はないですが、ミネラルウォーターは有料なので近くのスーパーで買うのが良さそうです。

Me gusto qje esta al lado del tren y que el hotel es elegante. El desayuno buffet correcto, pero el cafe se lo tienes que pedir a una mujer. No me gusto que me dieran una habitacion realmente pequeña (el baño era quizas mas grande) que la habitacion.

Il piccolo e l'essenziale sono aggettivi molto personali e soggettivi.Inspiegabile è ancora la storia del 4 stelle, basta chiedere siamo qui 24 ore su 24 e 365 giorni all'anno. non esiste nessuna normativa che obblighi associare le stelle alla fornitura ciabatte. buona giornata.

The property is conveniently located to the train station, but I was regularly approached by drug addicts at all hours of the day and did not feel safe at night.
