## Access
You can park one car on the plot. For additional cars, parking is available on the street, all free of charge and easy to find.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is located 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €70 including VAT.
Cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is due on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
