Konferanse hotell
Dette hotellet er stort og fint, men upersonlig. Virker som det er rettet mot konferanse og bussiness. Det er ikke et hotell man booker til ferie med barn. Vi behøvde to netter i nærheten av Catania flyplass og dette var ledig. Fellesarealene er store, fine og luftige. Fint bassengområde med bar. Vi booket en Junior suite og har ingenting å utsette på den. Frokosten var bra. Hotellet ligger midt blant bebyggelse og lokal vei. Det er ingen steder å gå til fra hotellet som vi fant, men det er kanskje ikke meningen heller..

In the middle of nowhere
Et veldig fint hotell med fine rom, bra fasiliteter som svømmebasseng og spa. Ulempen er at det ligger langt fra sentrum og strender.

I spent in Villa Itra four days with my family for holidays reason. I found the hotel very nice, the room was very big and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and plentiful . I found the ratio cost/result for the hotel a little too high.

Questo hotel è bellissimo ha un parcheggio ed è comodo per il ristorante l'unica pecca il personale della reception una delusione non salutano sembra che non ti vogliono considerare ho chiesto se potevo scaricare le valigie davanti nell'apposita area mi ha risposto si ma faccia presto che poi deve spostare il mezzo non ho mai visto un hotel a 4 stelle con del personale così indisponente

2 star rating at best. Outdated!
This hotel is outdated and overpriced without providing the basic amenities. We checked in around 8pm to a junior suit for 4 people. Once checked in realized, they have no tea and coffee facilities in room nor a iron. The hotel staff confirmed the basics are not included in the expensive apartment. I was shocked that they do not even provide glasses for drinks unless you request from the bar. If you need clothes ironed, you need to drag your clothes to reception and wait 30mins until they set up a room with a ancient iron to use. The hairdryer within the bathrooms was from the 60's, plastic non usable handheld hoover looking pipes.

Mais pour un 4*, chambre très bruyante le matin à coté de la route et chambre moyennement bien aménagé pour 4 personnes dans cette gamme (1 enfant sur canapé lit et un autre sur un lit pliant au milieux de la chambre). Hotel di grandi dimensioni in zona centro commerciale valido per visitare Aci Castello e dintorni (alle pendici dell'Etna). Dal taglio business abbiamo preso un'offerta per una notte e la sistemazione tutto sommato era piacevole. Receptionist impeccabili, ampio parcheggio, colazione variegata. L'accesso alla SPA non era compresa nel costo ma non ce l'aspettavamo.

Accueil pas agréable. Maître nageur pas aimable… Attention si vous venez avec des enfants : pas de ballons, pas de bouée et pas de jeux dans la piscine !!! Chambre pas prête comme elle était réservée ( il manquait un lit!) Problème d une fuite d eau dans l une des chambres. Bon petit déjeuner et copieux.

Hotel un po' vecchio ma molto ben gestito.
Hotel un po' vecchio ma sicuramente ben gestito ed efficiente. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e si è adoperato per farci trascorrere un'esperienza piacevole. Unica nota, alle 6:30 del mattino è arrivata una telefonata dalla reception per una "richiesta di sveglia" mai richiesta. Chissà se sono poi riusciti a trovare chi effettivamente aveva bisogno di essere svegliato... :-) Piscina un po' troppo affollata.
