The apartment is very well located, next to shops, restaurants, parking (free) of the city. It is located on the 2nd and last floor (accessible by a wide staircase) of a small building of 3 apartments. On the other hand, access to the accommodations are not possible for people with reduced mobility.

The beach is 70 m away. Tennis courts, mini-golf, children's playground are 100 m away. The sailing school is very close, as well as the casino, just down the building.
