«Loved the simple retro styling of our room. The manager upgraded us to a 2 queen bed room which gave us more space. Room and bathroom were very clean and the carpeting was newer and plush. AC/heating worked great as did the TV. Very convenient location right on Hwy 54.»
«The air conditioner never stopped so it was freezing and we could not adjust it. We asked for extra blankets and they said no.
The pull and hot tub were great and i everything was clean!

«The staff were so friendly and helpful. We accidentally left something behind and when I called to ask them to ship the item to us they were very responsive. I appreciate the follow through despite staffing shortages. If we ever go through Pratt again we will be sure to stay at the same place.
