"I had a three weeks vacation in Tokyo and needed a hotel that could provide a nice room with Wifi and TV. I didn't need anything fancy, so this hotel was suiting everything I needed plus a little bit more. The staff is nice and helpful. As I'm fluent in Japanese, I haven't tested their English, but I think they are able to communicate well. The breakfast menu was great, they have a variety of Japanese and Western options which you can choose from at the buffet. They could improve on vegetarian and vegan options tho. Their eco-cleaning option will compensate you with getting free drinks for the number of times they don't do an throuought cleaning in your room. I think that this is especially great if you are at the hotel only to sleep and eventually a few hours in the evening and morning. They can keep your luggage before checkinn and after checkinn in case you want to drop them off. "
