«the hotel is good, but the service at the restaurant and pub has become poor. I have lived there for a few days every 4-5 weeks before the pandemic and start travelling again in June this year. Maybe it's hard to get good and inspiring workers during this pandemic, I don't know. I hope it gets better, and if I don't, I'll change hotels. »

«We arrived around noon, while checking in was only after 3pm. We were immediately informed by the very nice lady at the reception that , for early check in, we have to pay extra 30% from the room night value (already paid) ….usually in other more “customer friendly “ hotels, if you arrive early and there is a room ready, you get it without any additional payment.
