«We could hear a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms and the hallway all night making it hard to sleep properly. When checking out they claimed we didn't pay so we had to pay a second time. Was originally paid through hotels.com - Ive never experienced this at a hotel before. Took forever to serve breakfast as well. That said the hotel was clean and in good standards»

«It’s nice and clean the airport is directly across the street. The shuttle comes by prob. 15 to 20 min but it’s faster if you just walk to the airport don’t trust when the light turns green make sure the drivers stop or they are slowing down & walk quickly across »

«The views from this place are stunning! Great view of the lake on both sides of the island, as well as a great view of the volcano (we came during rainy season so it was mostly covered by clouds).
The food selection is a bit limited and not the best we had on trip, but still good!
The best part about this stay was their massage service, I didn’t catch her name but WOW she did an amazing job and it was only $35 USD for an hour of the best massage I’ve ever gotten.
