"I really like liked many of the stuff at the hotel except the management who couldn't keep anything in place or keep their word.\n Started out with a very bad welcome. Never got a welcome or even the water. When I came into the hotel told the person at reception. I haven't had a water in 8 hours. He said he will bring it to the room, waited for 15 minutes end up going out for a juice.Every customer got a coine on the way out when they left the hotel checked out even there.I didn't get anything even I used glass water bottle side of my bed that I woke up.Wanted to take a drink , found out the water bottle was already used knock the best experience for being a faster.I've stayed at the taj lends and jw marriott you cantally see the difference when you stay there 😊"
