This beautiful coastal themed home is located on this preserve setting along the South Prong of the Sebastian River. The Location is serene, and special. This home offers park like setting with views of very special birds, Osprey, Great Blue Heron, and Sandhill Cranes. You may be Pleasantly surprised as you sit outside and enjoy the abundance of wildlife. The covered screened patio is fully furnished for outdoor living including a TV and propane grill. Fifteen species of fish have been caught right in the backyard.
The Home is located in Sebastian, a wonderful place to visit central Florida and the Treasure Coast! Sebastian is conveniently along the Indian River Lagoon and the Sebastian River, between Melbourne and Vero Beach. Conveniently located in the Sebastian Highlands area. It is a short 10 minute drive to the beach.
"Jumpin Fish House" Boarders the South Prong of the Sebastian River as it travels beside a preserve. There are no homes in front or behind this property. We do have some fishing poles available for the guest to use. The water has limited access for fishing to the public. You can fish right from the backyard. Across the water way is a preserve lined by tropical trees and vegetation. There is abundant of wildlife as you walk out the back door. Offering a split bedroom arrangement, There are a total of 3 Bedrooms, with a King, a Queen, and two Twin beds. The home features 2 living areas and a full dining space along with a breakfast nook overlooking the heated pool.
Recent updates include a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer and new Stainless steal appliances in the kitchen, and new patio furniture. The bathrooms have been remodeled and the flooring in the home is all tile and laminate. High ceilings, open living and coastal decor add an extra touch to this homes interior, but what makes this home special is the setting. The back yard is stunning as you enter the patio area of the home. To accommodate outdoor living the huge covered patio has been fully furnished. There is a couch, dining table and 5 chairs, 2 deep seating chairs, and a coffee table. Watch TV with cable, or cook on the propane grill all provided for guest during their stay. There are 3 TV's in the home, master and family room and the patio, that have Comcast cable.
A new electric pool heater has been installed. There is an additional fee of $10.00 per night for pool heat to cover the electric.
* Please Note the Electricity for the pool to be heated is charged per night at the rate of $10.00. The pool will be heated to 83 degrees depending on weather. A solar blanket must be kept on the pool during the colder months of the year, to retain the heat if not swimming. If pool heat is wanted by the guest during their stay, it will billed separately after the reservation is paid for completely. The website does not have a way to add it during the booking process.

If the pool cover is in place please put it back after every use. It will help the pool retain heat during the winter months, as it is heated with electricity.
