Other things to note: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry. For the security of the property and our guests we have motion activated cameras on the exterior of our property. Your privacy is very important to us. No cameras are facing the hot tub or pavilion out back. And, of course, there are no cameras inside the home.

You'll have the entire private home to yourselves — both floors, the screened porch, and the fully fenced front and back yards with the jacuzzi, fire pit, pavilion, mini-golf, garden and barbecue — all accessed by secure keyless entry. Before arrival, just complete our quick online check-in form and your personal door code and arrival details are sent to you automatically.



The Neighborhood:

You're tucked into Orchid Island — one of the Treasure Coast's most peaceful barrier-island enclaves, where the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon sit minutes apart in either direction. Stroll three blocks to the uncrowded sugar-sand beaches of Vero Beach, hunt for shells at sunrise, or watch for nesting sea turtles in season. Two blocks the other way, the historic Jungle Trail — an 8-mile canopy-covered sand road along the lagoon — is made for biking, birding and quiet morning walks, with water access points for kayaks and paddleboards. Just up the road: Disney's Vero Beach Resort, the Environmental Learning Center, McKee Botanical Garden, and the boutiques and fresh seafood of Vero's Ocean Drive. It's that rare place that feels serene and tucked-away, yet keeps dining, shops and adventure a short ride from your door.



Getting Around:

Hop on the beach bikes and you can reach the sand, the Jungle Trail and nearby shops without ever moving the car. The driveway fits up to 4 vehicles, so bring the whole crew. A car is the easiest way to explore the island and mainland — Melbourne (MLB) airport is about 45 minutes away and Orlando (MCO) roughly 1h45 — but for beach days and trail rides, two wheels are all you need.

PETS: We allow pets up to 20-25 pounds subject to a $150 fee. Animals above that size are strictly prohibited unless owner authorized and/or they are registered service animals (Emotional companion are NOT considered service animals in Florida)

1) Complete the online Check-In Form for your reservation (just a couple of minutes).
