Welcome to Ocean Blue, a true family beach house. This newly constructed, retro styled home is right in the heart of Venus Bay - a 5 minute walk to the local shops and a 10 minute walk to the main patrolled beach. It`s the perfect place to unwind and escape from the city, with the sound of the roaring ocean heard from the deck, to spotting the wildlife around you. Stunning places to see like Walkerville South, the towns of Meeniyan, Inverloch and Wilsons Prom on your doorstep if you choose!!!

Waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, savouring a scrumptious BBQ breakfast on the deck and admiring the breathtaking views before heading out for a day of beach adventures, whether it`s boogie boarding, surfing, swimming or simply soaking in the stunning beach scape, Ocean Blue offers an idyllic retreat for all. This special place embodies the essence of our seaside town - sun, surf, wildlife, games and pure relaxation.

Upon entering, you`ll be greeted by soothing sky-blue coastal walls and cozy furnishings, including two Queen size beds, one double bed and one single bed - perfect for a relaxing getaway. With two inviting sitting areas, multiple TV`s - one Smart TV allowing access to streaming platforms, a bathroom with laundry access, a separate toilet and three generous bedrooms, this home radiates comfort and space. Also a work station where you have access to Wifi and a monitor to do those last minute emails.

Equipped with modern amenities, a well-appointed kitchen, split system heating and air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace for those chilly nights. Step outside to a huge deck with a large backyard, ideal for BBQ`s, ball games and endless fun with loved ones. Ocean Blue ensures a year-round cozy abode.

You have access to the whole property.

All beds have linen, doonas, pillows and towels provided.

We are pet friendly. Pet bowls provided. The deck is fenced off; however, the property isn`t.

There is a portacot available, please bring your own linen.

For your caffeine fix, we provide a Nespresso Coffee Machine. We will provide a few pods for your stay.

Shampoo/conditioner, body wash all provided.

We will provide some firewood during the winter months. If you require more, it can be purchased from the General Store in town.
Pets are welcome, please clean up after them when you leave.

No schoolies or parties allowed on the property.
