Located in the heart of "Lakeside Villa's" peaceful and secure gated community in the Dorado Beach area, with its chic clubhouse and great amenities, the Villa is ideal for memorable small-family holidays or, combined with other villas at Lakeside, just right as part of a group retreat. Indulge in a peaceful swim in the sparkling pool which is so close to the villa, it can almost be called your own – it’s on your doorstep! Or have a relaxing afternoon lazing in the sun on a white-sand beach just steps away. • Second Bedroom en suite: Bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top; Bathroom has Tub and Shower; A deep-cushioned armchair is strategically placed next to the bright light from a large window; Window shades help control the lighting in the room; There are wall-mounted 30” flat-screen TV above a 6-drawer credenza adjacent to a large cheval mirror; Air-conditioned.

Other Things to Note:
Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.
Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.
If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.
This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.
The guest is responsible for electricity costs for stays beyond one month. If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
