Charming ski-in/ski-out mountain hut

This charming alpine chalet-style Maiensäss spans three floors and offers the ideal setting for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the mountains.



The house features two cosy double bedrooms – perfect for families or couples – as well as a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed. In addition, a sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for two more guests.



Two modern bathrooms ensure ample comfort: the lower bathroom is equipped with a steam shower and toilet, while the upper bathroom includes a shower and toilet.

A laundry room as well as a dedicated ski and bike storage area are also available, making your stay even more convenient.



The entire property is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area and enjoys a prime location for discovering all that the Lenzerheide holiday region has to offer.

In summer, the house is situated directly on an extensive network of hiking and biking trails – ideal for active days in nature. In winter, the Tgantieni ski slope and valley descent run right past the house, allowing you to hit the slopes straight from your doorstep.



A shed next to the house provides plenty of firewood for the indoor fireplace and the stone grill on the terrace – perfect for cosy evenings and a warm atmosphere on cooler days.



Accessibility is excellent: the free sports bus (Val Sporz stop) is about a 10-minute walk away. The picturesque village with shops and local amenities can be reached on foot in around 15 to 20 minutes.



Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.



Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the rental price.
