T4 Apartment at the Foot of the Slopes with Terrace and Private Garage in Vars

The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers for rent an 80 m² duplex apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally located at the foot of the slopes in Vars Sainte-Marie, in the Calme et Pratique residence, with the chairlift directly accessible from the building.

On the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bedroom with a double bed. This level also has a shower room with WC.

You then enter a spacious living area comprising a dining area, a comfortable lounge, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people.

Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to a third bedroom with a double bed and its own private shower room and WC. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant furnished terrace with a table and bench for meals or relaxing after skiing.

The apartment also includes a ski locker and a private parking space. A travel cot with a mattress and a booster seat for young children are also provided. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included in your rental but is available as an optional extra through the agency.
