«Man hat vom dritten Stock aus eine super Aussicht auf die Meteora Berge wie auch auf den Garten vor der Kirche. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Hund im unteren Stock stinkt schrecklich. Man merkt es entweder wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt oder im Treppenhaus ist.»

«This is almost like an apartment because there is a shared courtyard, but otherwise we had our own room with bathroom and kitchenette. It has good views of the stones from the courtyard, but the hotel faces the mountains. This was not a problem!
There is lots to eat in the local area, including a cafe at the bottom of the immediate hill for breakfast. The taverna at the bottom was our favourite for meals, and there is another one with a garden view that was good for whiling away a few hours ...

«This hotel is beautifully situated in the mountains just off the road to the monasteries. The owners of the hotel are very kind. They lightened the fireplace already early in the morning so it was cosy and warm when we came down for breakfast (-3 outside). The address description is - East Road Of Meteora, Trikala Region - which is a little bit tricky when you travel by Tom Tom as we use to do. But it was very easy to find after all. There are clear signs leading you to the hotel when you enter ...

«Really lovely staff and great location! It's a nice 10-15 min walk from the train station, and is situated in an area with a wide selection of restaurants and shops. The top floors have a stunning view toward the mountains. If you're coming to stay in Kalambaka for a bit, I would warmly recommend Alexiou Hotel.»

«The location was superb - quiet, completely away from the business of town, secure parking on site, extremely spacious and a most beautiful layout. Could see the Meteora’s mountains and a couple of the monasteries from our window. They were beautifully lit up at night.
For me, receiving the check-in details on WhatsApp or email, typed out would have been the easiest. I didn’t have cellular service. I wasn’t able we to access all the links. But, that’s just me.»

«The house was not as described. There was not any type of luxury. Of the three bedrooms, the main bedroom on the second floor smelled so bad we could not sleep in there. One of the bottom floor bedrooms had a bed that creaked soooo extremely loud when you moved that it sounded like the entire bedroom furniture was moving. To say the least we did not sleep well. We were two adults and two kids and since the one bedroom was not usable we had to squeeze together. The living room is tiny and ...

Super plass å bo når man besøker Meteora. Veldig nærme, bare en kort biltur opp til de flotte klostrene og utsiktspunktene. Fin utsikt til fjellene fra hotellet. God frokost. Gjestene blir tatt godt vare på.
