«Nice hotel, nice people. Two things not good: No possibility to open the windows. The air in the room was therefore not fresh. The American breakfast is a joke. As a scandinavian, we’re used to having breakfast at a totally different level. Even the worst hotels in Scandinavia have a better breakfast than the best ones in the USA. «Location was across the street from restaurants and the Mortgage Matchup Center, great location! Room was clean, and spacious. However, we were there for March break, and only one elevator was working. We were on the 10th floor. It took more than 12 mins for an elevator to come, and when it did, it was full. On many occasions we had to take the stairs, from the 10th floor with luggage was not a great experience. Out of 3 elevators, don’t just have one working! Not acceptable!»

«Staff was super friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was lovely. Phone didn’t work in our room, pullout bed was in poor condition and we had to request pillows and blankets for it. One of the elevators simply didn’t work on our 4th level. Location was perfect for the basketball game. »
