Welcome to Periferia! We are a team passionate about nature, and we've created a unique getaway for those looking to relax and recharge. Our eco-friendly cabins are designed to be self-sustaining in both water and electricity, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
Enjoy complete peace and quiet as you unwind, and don’t forget to bring your furry friend—pets are welcome! We can’t wait to welcome you as our guests.

The Accommodation:

We offer three modern, cozy rooms, each featuring:

A queen-size bed
An en-suite bathroom
Our terrace is designed with comfortable seating for socializing with family and friends, offering breathtaking views and stunning sunsets.

Additionally, you’ll have access to a swimming pool, ideal for relaxing on warm, sunny days. The kitchen and living room are conveniently located by the pool, and there’s also a BBQ area for enjoying delicious outdoor meals.

As a guest at Periferia, you will have private access to:

- Your room and en-suite bathroom

- BBQ area and terrace
- Fruit trees located in front of the house

House Rules & Important Information:

- To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that you please follow these simple rules:

+ Events, parties, or meetings are not allowed on the property.
+ Visitors are not permitted at any time.
+ Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Any unexpected or last-minute guests must be registered on the website or reported to the host, as an additional charge will apply per person, per night.
+ Please do not dispose of paper in the toilet as it may damage our water treatment system, which is used for irrigation.
+ If you plan to bring additional electrical appliances, notify the host, as our energy is solar-powered, and we need to ensure the total load does not exceed capacity.
+ Please turn off lights and fans when not in use to help conserve energy.
+ Keep music at a respectful volume and turn it off completely by midnight to respect other guests.
+ We have maintenance and cleaning staff available for hire during your stay at an additional cost. + Please check with the host for more details.
+ Feel free to use all the items provided for your comfort, but kindly return them to their original places. If you use dishes or the coffee maker, please wash them afterward.
+ All trash should be placed in bags and left at the entrance of the house.
+ Please respect the house, gardens, plants, and trees.
+ Any damaged, lost, or misplaced items will incur a charge for replacement or repair.
+ Upon check-out, Narciso will inspect the rooms to verify the condition of the white towels. If any towels are stained, an additional charge will be applied for cleaning.
