This modern, standalone 250 sqm home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with sea views.

The house consists of:

• A large living room offering a sea view, with two large sofas and a dining area. There is also air conditioning throughout the house (including in every bedroom and the living room/kitchen area).
• A separate kitchen open to the living room, with an American bar.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms:

• 4 master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a large king-size bed (180 x 200 cm).
• An additional bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), but no bathroom.

The property also includes a beautiful garden with a double infinity pool and sun loungers. There’s also an outdoor lounge by the pool with a sea view.

Around the pool, you will have access to an outdoor shower room.

Plenty of parking spaces inside or outside, with a private garage that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

The house is equipped with fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi routers to provide internet throughout the home. If you’re looking to work, there are also four computer screens with webcams, mice, and keyboards—just plug in your laptops.

For sports enthusiasts, the rooftop terrace also features an outdoor gym (including a punching bag), and the house is located just a 10-minute drive from the Mouratoglou Tennis and Fitness Center.

• You can then walk for about 20-25 minutes to reach Chemin de Leouse, or take a taxi or ride-share service, as local public transportation may not directly serve this specific location.
