«We were 5 families traveling together and this hotel was perfect for us. Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The food was amazing! It's located right on the beach and just a few steps away from the lovely Passikudah beach. There is a lot of activities on site, like volleyball, badmington, rental bikes etc. The staff is very friendly and service minded. I highly recommend this hotel!»

«We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. »

«We (family of 4 with kids 11 and 14 years old) stayed 4 Nights at Anantaya Resort in the end of July 2016. The hotel was not finished when we stayed there, but nevertheless - we loved it. The location is absolutely beautyful, Beach is awesome (hardly any People on the Beach and so clean and Nice), the hotel arcitecture is spectacular and rooms very Nice with digital TV so all 4 of us could sit in the enormous bed and watch 500+ photos from the 2 weeks of experience we have had in Sri Lanka ...

We had half board with fresh pastries fruit and eggs for breakfast and for dinner a 3-4 course meal- I had the fish every night which was different daily The management leave you alone and you have the manager’s phone number if you need anything urgently. «Rooms are among the bushes in separate apartments among bushy area with beach view. It gives you a nice feeling when you walk around. The quality of food in the restaurant is very good. The Manager is very friendly and helpful. Customer service at the counter is very good. Enjoyed the high ceiling room and separate toilet and shower which gives more flexibility in using. «Maison d’hôte sur la plage Il y aurait tout pour en faire un endroit merveilleux mais pour cela il faudrait accentuer les efforts sur le Menage, le matériel qui est cassé. Tout est laissé à l’abandon (matelas déchiré et tache sur les transats). Les baies vitrées n’ont pas du voir un chiffon depuis des années. La plage devant la maison est plein de détritus. «We booked 3 nights at this hotel and chose to stay 4. On arrival we were upgraded to a little bungalow with a garden/sea/pool view. Fast and pleasant check inn. Very nice and fresh hotel. «Place was good and all things acceptable. Stay was plasant with very oblidging staff. However, the location is terrible. Very difficult to find and is road, if you can call it a road, is horrible. Full of flooded potholes in complete darkness at night.»

«It was unique in that it wasn’t in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didn’t reply to phone calls. I didn’t stay there because I couldn’t find it! It’s not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed. »
