«When we were assigned a room, we discovered a leak from the toilet. We reported it to the staff and were quickly assigned a new room. We later discovered that the rooms had not been properly cleaned and there were spider webs and spider eggs under the beds, under the cabinets and bedside tables. We reported it again and were again met with very good service. The staff cleaned the rooms again and we were also compensated with a bottle of good wine for the meal. Too bad they don't clean the rooms ...

«If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too ...
