«Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Don't get me wrong, the property is very nice amd historic and the gardens are well kept. However the main functions that the hotel should provide are more of a 6/10 for me. The bed was incredibly hard and V-shaped in the middle. Maybe the bed is 500 years old too? The hotel rented out their facilities for a communion one evening and the loud guests were through the hallsways and outside and the sound carrys very well throughout the hotel so you ...

«When we were assigned a room, we discovered a leak from the toilet. We reported it to the staff and were quickly assigned a new room. We later discovered that the rooms had not been properly cleaned and there were spider webs and spider eggs under the beds, under the cabinets and bedside tables. We reported it again and were again met with very good service. The staff cleaned the rooms again and we were also compensated with a bottle of good wine for the meal. Too bad they don't clean the rooms ...

«Kjempefin vingård litt avsideliggendes ved Montalcino. Perfekt å stoppe noen dager på reisen gjennom Italia for å slappe av. Nydelig beliggenhet på toppen av en ås, med utsikt over Toscana. Vennlig personale og god rengjøring. Nydelige rom med fin utsikt fra vinduet. Bassengområdet er fint. Frokosten var den beste vi har hatt i Italia. Fine uteområdet rundt hotellet. Rolig område og fint å ha som base om du skal på dagsturer rundt i Toscana. »
