God frokost og hyggelig service, men bittesmå, triste, slitte rom. Meget lytt mellom rommene og mye støy fra gata gjennom natten. Har bodd på mange 3 stjerners hoteller i alpene og sammenlignet med dem alle fortjener dette hotellet 1 stjerne.

We thank you for this review. We have undertaken heavy work last summer to minimise the sounds from the street. But our hotel is situated in the center of Val d'Isère, which means some noise in the evening. We hope to see you soon.

Fint hotell med god beliggenhet
Fint hotell rett ved skibakken. Hyggelig betjening som var imøtekommende og lot oss endre dato for opphold. God og innholdsrik frokost. Hyggelige restauranter rett i nærheten. Litt lite rom, men helt fint for lange dager i bakken.

What a pleasant surprise. Right by the slopes and super convenient with a wonderful breakfast each morning. Will definitely be back.

The cozy place is more a chalet than a hotel, made for skiing tourists. The staff is very friendly and handles all requirements very professionally. The room is clean and cozy, but small. The breakfast buffet was way better than expected (baguette bread, toast, croissant, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, marmalade, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, just to name the key items). Right across the street there is a public parking garage for free. For summer tourists this place is definitely worth to stay.

Great location and decent sized rooms in comparison with some other places I have stayed in Val D'Isere in previous years. A big negative though was noise... the walls between rooms have very little soundproofing meaning that noisy neighbours make their presence felt! In our case a large group who liked to party at 2.30 am meant we got very little sleep. The hotel did its best in trying the get the other guests to show consideration, but to little effect.

Dear Stephen, We thank you for your comment. We are happy to hear that you liked the hotel. The great location of our hotel in the center with restaurant, bars and clubs has advantages and some inconvenience. Therefore we are a bit supprised about the rating and the justification about the noisy neighbours as you told us that our warnings against them was efficient. We still hope to welcome you again in another period maybe.

Excellent séjour aux crêtes blanches ! Hôtel avec un excellent emplacement à 2 minutes du village et des remontées. Personnel adorable et disponible Petit déjeuner généreux Local a ski très pratique je recommande !

The price is terribly high in relation to what is offered! The rooms are small and in bad condition. Breakfast is simple, but the location is very good.

Directeur d'hôtel non compréhensif, sans pitié !
Suite à l'annulation cause grippe (certicficat médicalà l'appui), le diretseur a refusé catégoriquement notre séjour de 2 nuits. Nous avions proposé des dates à sa convenance mais inflexible. Dommage c'était un séjour en couple et nous sommes certains de ne plus réserver cete hôtel...

Rooms basic but fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast very good. Tea coffee and pastries for afternoon tea. No in house bar which would have been nice when the weather was truly dreadful a couple of evenings. Close to at least 2 pizza takeaways for quick supper.

We thank you for your kind review. We made the choice to give a very good breakfast and our clients like it. We are situated in the centre of Val d'Isère and it is easy to go out for a drink. We hope to see you again in our hotel.

I visited Val d'sere more than 10 times, but did not have a chance to stay here. I was super happy with this hotel. For the price, I was not expecting the hotel was this good. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location
The building has a phenomenal location in the town, and provides nice amenities with a good breakfast. The rooms are spartan, but sufficient. Great water pressure int he showers.
