• Room Specifications: At check-in, you will receive a unit with the same specs as shown in the images. However, decor, view, and furniture layout may differ.
• Gore Creek Place is part of the Arrabelle property but is situated in a separate building. Guests enjoy a private retreat while still having access to Arrabelle’s amenities.
• Gore Creek Place has 2 residences: #10 and #16
• The Tavern is a seasonal restaurant, closing for a period each offseason in the Spring & Fall. Exact dates will be available closer to the closure.
• End-of-stay cleaning is included—housekeeping is offered every other day for 3+ night stays, and extra cleaning is available on request for a fee.
• Parking: Valet parking for all guests with vehicles.
• Falsification of the number of guests in the unit can result in additional fees.
• Please note that Food and Beverage operations will be closed September 28th through November 14th, 2025.
