In Vacallo, just a short distance from Lake Como and Lake Lugano, MODERN FLAT is the ideal retreat for an exclusive stay focused on comfort and relaxation. Set in a peaceful environment yet strategically located between the beauties of Ticino and Lombardy, it allows easy exploration of the region’s natural and cultural wonders, without sacrificing tranquility and well-being.

The open-plan living area is designed to offer the perfect balance between conviviality and functionality. The relaxation area, dedicated to rest, is furnished with two comfortable armchairs positioned in front of a wood-burning fireplace, creating an intimate and enveloping atmosphere. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped with the latest appliances, integrates harmoniously with the dining area, featuring a large wooden table and an original corner bench, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals together. Wood, the dominant element in the walls of the entire apartment, adds warmth and personality to the spaces, enhancing the contemporary style of the furnishings.

A door leads to the living room, a separate and versatile space, furnished with a TV unit, a comfortable sofa bed, and a single bed, designed for entertainment or to host friends and family. The colorful and cozy master bedroom is enhanced by soft lighting and LED strips that highlight its design. The bathroom features a spacious shower and is finished with high-quality materials.



The apartment has a private uncovered parking space in the condominium area.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Chiasso, the main access point to Lombardy, is just 5 minutes away, while Mendrisio, famous for the FoxTown Factory Stores, a prestigious outlet with over 160 brand-name boutiques at discounted prices, is just 10 minutes away.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will find numerous hiking opportunities nearby. Mount San Giorgio, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Mount Generoso are must-visit destinations for hikers, with scenic trails through ancient forests offering spectacular views of Lake Lugano.

How to Get There:

By car: From the A2 motorway, take the Chiasso Centro exit and set the GPS. The property is about 5 minutes away.

By train: From the Mendrisio station, take bus 513 towards "Chiasso, Stazione" and get off at the "Vacallo, Scuole" stop (12 stops, about 16 minutes). From there, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the apartment.
