✨ A functional, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishes, coffee maker…) for preparing feasts with friends or family.
✨ 2 comfortable bedrooms:
– 1 bedroom with a 160-cm double bed
– 1 bedroom with 2 120-cm beds
✨ A cozy sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests.
✨ A modern bathroom with a shower, washer/dryer, and a separate toilet for added comfort.
✨ Bedding and bath towels are provided, so you can travel light and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
✨ Located on the 2nd floor of a small building without an elevator, in a quiet area yet right in the heart of Socoa.

The soft, warm decor, inspired by the ocean, creates an atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease.

👧 And for families: a large playground is located right below the apartment building. Perfect for letting the kids play safely while you enjoy some downtime.

🚲 A little extra that makes all the difference: 4 bikes are available free of charge so you can explore the area at your leisure (a deposit will be required at the start of your stay).

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, located on the 2nd floor of a small building without an elevator.

🧡 We’ll welcome you in person to hand you the keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. This is also a chance for us to share our favorite local spots with you for an even more authentic and enjoyable stay.

🚲 Four bicycles are available for your use throughout your stay (a deposit is required at the start of your stay). It’s perfect for exploring the coast at a leisurely pace.

🛏️ Bed linens and bath towels are provided, ensuring your comfort from the moment you arrive.

👧 And for families: a large playground awaits you right at the foot of the residence.

Your welcome booklet will be sent to you before your stay so you can get in the mood for your weekend or vacation.
