Hoteller i Unorganized North Sudbury

«Location was the best. Woman at the front desk was amazing.»

«Julie and the cleaning staff was so helpful and very accommodating when we needed to extend the night. We travelled with a toddler and a baby and she did above and beyond to make sure when we had to change rooms to be smooth and easy. Overall whenever we stay here and every stay is always an excellent experience!»

«I wish the pool hours would have been extended. My granddaughter and I were reluctant to go because the hours made everyone there at the same time and the capacity of people were always at the max. Disappointed»

«Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again.»

«Everything was great. Receptio was very professional and helpful. The room was nice, the beds super comfortable and cozy. The bathroom sink counter was badly cracked though and needed repairing or replacing but was still functional. The only really bad thing is the horrible carpet in the room. It needs updating and replacing with a solid color pattern. The one in the room at present is gaudy looking and just a horrible pattern. Otherwise, everything was very good. I would stay there again.»

«They should offer breakfast and have a hot tub or sauna for that price, very expensive for a night. But very clean.»

«The room was super clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant on site was delicious and it’s awesome that there is a mall attached to the hotel!»

«Parking was great»

«We had coffee. It was good. The room was clean. A lot of steps to go to our room. The location was great, close to many things.»

«I had booked a pet friendly room but got there and was informed I hadn't. I had put it in the filters, it was the only motel that came up and I reserved the room. On check in I was charged an additional ~$35 for the dog. The room was clean, the bed and pillows great. Just not happy about that.»

«We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom pet-friendly motel! The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and having a pet-friendly option made travelling with our dog easy. A great place to stay, and we would happily return!»
