«This cottage was absolutely charming. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay and art retreat at a nearby farm. . The grounds were beautifully groomed and the cows even walkover to greet us. The owners nearby were very hospitable and friendly. »

«What a delight to show up at this quaint little cottage and find that it was as good or even better than pictured! Perfect for our small family to stay during a three day Penn State Graduation weekend; only about 30 minutes away from campus. Very clean and well-appointed. We used the grill outside for a lovely dinner. Owner communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item left behind after we had checked out. Highly recommend this gem!»

«Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day.»

«Was truly idyllic experience staying here. The owners really had many special touches that made the stay a perfect VRBO (hotel like furnishings, GOOD toilet paper stocked, great dishes, cooking utensils, everything was very well done and everything worked perfectly). «The owners were excellent hosts. Great value for the price. Located in nice neighborhood. Loved the rustic wood floor and antiques. Clean and warm. Owners kept the kitchen stocked with tea and coffee. Very “homey” feel. The open bathroom wasn’t a big issue for us since we stayed with family. Less expensive than any other hotels in the area, especially on a game weekend.»

«It was beautiful staff where awesome , the rv house was nice the only problem was on day 2 it started smelling and i didn't want to bother the owner at night but everything else besides the smell was 10/10 i would recommend just make sure the smell is gone .»

«This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Not only were the owners onsite and present throughout our stay, they were using the amenities such as the pool and they also invited ...
