«The lady at check in was rude, told me I should’ve canceled my stay if I didn’t know if I was coming it was raining really bad that day and we had a late check in. Soon as we got up to our room and unpacked we got a call from front desk that someone complained about noise in the room it was me and my 3 Children ages 8,9 &12 we had literally done nothing but unpack our suitcases not sure why there was a complaint to begin with.»

«so I stayed here because we had a storm in Denton and we had an RV so we had to stay somewhere for a couple hours and I kind of regretted it because when I walked in, there was a little roach in the room in the restroom specifically and you can tell that they are going under construction right now because there is just paint everywhere The bed was OK. It wasn’t the best as in comfort wise there was no stains, which is good just the roach that freaked me out. It did smell like marijuana outside. ...

«Front desk and breakfast attendant were the only staff I interreacted with, all were professional and pleasant. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, they do a very nice breakfast including an automated latte and cappuccino machine - major points for me. I had another hotel booked for my next visit in August, after staying at the BW+Denton, I cancelled and rebooked here. The location is wonderfully located next to food and shopping options, several in walking distance.»

«I was amazed at how beautiful this hotel is. The location is nice and in a parking lot with several restaurants- also across the highway from Buc-ees. My suite was amazing! I could not figure out the thermostat and reached out to the front desk and they helped immediately. I did have some trouble with the TVs, but that didn't bother me too much. The breakfast options were great, and the waffles, in the shape of Texas, were both fun and tasted delicious. All staff were so helpful and kind. I ...

«Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. »

«I liked it was very clean and staff was very nice, but the pool was a bit disappointing because it was very small and there was no temperature control in it. Like it was an afterthought. I got in for a few minutes but it never got comfortable. Breakfast was meh, but I’m always grateful for included food in a stay somewhere.»
