«We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city.

«Small rooms if you don't stay in the suite, but they are well thought out and really beautifully designed by Norm Architects.
Service is really good, although we were somewhat disappointed we asked for a room away from the elevator and got one right next to it.
The infinity pool and private bar at the rooftop is arguably Tokyo's best and is by itself a reason to stay here when the weather is hot.
Lower floors facing the street may have some traffic noise while the upper ones are virtually ...

«The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured.»
