Apple Blossom Resort is a one-of-a-kind luxury rental property featuring three homes and extensive outdoor space on a private 18-acre estate in SW Michigan’s Harbor Country, just 70 miles from Chicago.

Comprising three homes, the sprawling 8,000 square foot estate was specifically designed to accommodate large groups, offering both multiple spaces large enough for your whole crew and numerous smaller areas for when you need a little personal space.

The custom-built Main House features 7 spacious bedrooms, 7 full & 2 half bathrooms, a sleek open-concept chef’s kitchen & great room, a large dining space, and two wood-burning fireplaces. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and many are accompanied by a private outdoor patio.

The Guest House provides an additional 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that are ideal for guests who benefit from additional privacy. A wood-burning fireplace and outdoor deck with hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit complement the generously-sized open-concept kitchen & living room.

Combining rustic charm and contemporary design, the Cabin is a tucked-away sanctuary. Wooden trusses, a large stone hearth, and a cozy outdoor space provide tons of character to this space, while the recently updated kitchen and bathroom ensure maximum comfort.

Apple Blossom Resort’s extensive outdoor space includes a large heated pool with safety cover, two hot tubs, pergola lounge, outdoor dining areas with gas grills, and two fire pits. The property’s basketball/tennis court is perfectly-suited for a little friendly competition while the adjacent 6,000 square foot astroturf area creates a pristine canvas for outdoor activities of all kinds. (It also transforms into an outdoor event space for weddings & other special celebrations for up to 150 people!)

Apple Blossom Resort’s unique location lends a secluded vibe while being moments away from all that this special region has to offer. The estate is located moments away from Lake Michigan’s pristine beaches and the region’s beach communities along Red Arrow Highway. Union Pier is moments away and it is a short drive to family-friendly New Buffalo.

Please note that by booking this property, all guests must agree to follow these house rules:
- The max overnight capacity is 48 people. ALL Events are subject to additional fees and must be approved by owner prior to check-in.
- Must be at least 30 years old to book and the average guest age must be 30 or older.
- Quiet Hours from 11:30pm to 8am are strictly enforced.
- No excessive noise, fireworks, or hunting allowed.
- No High School, Prom, College, or MBA groups.
- No smoking inside the house or on the property.
- The pool is typically open May 1-October 31, depending on the weather. Hot tubs are open all year!
